Why I Choose A Nutrition, Health And Wellness Lifestyle

NUTRITION - HEALTH - WELLNESS

Hello and Welcome...



I appreciate you taking an interest in the well being of your body...

 Most people take their body for granted and I was no exception.... 

About 11 years ago I was about 39 pounds over weight and very unhealthy... I wouldn't listen to anybody about nutrition, herbs, and exercise... Nutrition Health and Wellness was the furthest thing from my mind...  The only thing I thought of was my career and making money to buy things... All that came to an end when I was to sick and in pain to do my job... I Lived on asprins and antiacids... Pretty sad... What good is money, when your to sick to enjoy it...

I hope you are not at this point yet... If you are than I totally understand...

A fellow worker took pitty on me and suggested that I take a couple herbs and emzynes, so I gave them a try... They did help my discomfort and digestion, so I decided at that time to learn all I could about overall nutrition and natural herbs... I told myself "I had no choice"... It was either learn how and what to eat and change my lifestlye or die.... I was 49 years old at that time....

 As I learned more, I changed my eating habits one step at a time... The more I learned and applied, the better I felt.... To study nutrition, health and wellness takes time, in fact I am always looking for something new to learn every chance I get...

I manage to straighten out my digestive system and lost 39 pounds in a few months... My wife saw what I was doing and she joined me just to lose weight.... And she did great....

I guess that is when we both choose to embrace the Wellness Lifestlye...

In fact we both get very excited every time we think of how good we feel, since we made the decision to change...

I'm now 62 years old on no drugs, no asprins, no antiacids of any kind.... We are both healthy and feel great... The Wellness Lifestyle is for us...

If we can do it... So can you... Just be firm with yourself and do it, educate yourself... A Wellness Lifestyle can be yours too.... If you really want it...

Basicly, you are giving the body the nutrition and some exercise it needs to take care of itself...

The human body is a miricle in itself, but it needs the right nutrition and exercise to function properly...
